GARDEN OF EDEN's arrangements are delivered by our professional delivery personnel. We take utmost care to ensure freshness and the best conditions of flowers delivered.
Delivery is only available in Sydney. For whoever requires same day delivery, orders need to be placed before 2:00 pm. Orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered on the next working day.
We deliver from Tuesday to Sunday. Public Holidays are available for Pre-book only.
GARDEN OF EDEN will make every effort to contact the person ordering flowers or the recipient when we are having difficulty delivery the flowers. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. In the occasion that the recipient is unavailable, flowers will be placed at the door-step or left at reception. We will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items.
GARDEN OF EDEN is not responsible for non-delivery of orders for reasons beyond our control. This would include, but is not limited to the following situations:
1. There is nobody present at the address provided and we decided there is a danger of theft or damage to the product.
2. The address provided for the recipient is incorrect or incomplete.
Non-delivered orders will be returned to our shop, the recipient or sender can pick up the orders during our trading hours.
If an order requires more than one attempt at delivery for any reason, a redelivery fee may apply. Please contact our friendly florist if you require redelivery.
Cancellation of orders and refunds are not available. Should you wish to change your mind on the delivery date of your order, kindly contact us at 02-9713 1207 to reschedule.
Payment in our store is securely processed through PayPal, we accept PayPal MasterCard, Visa, American Express cards.
